Following the protest that took place on Monday the 1st of July 2013 in
the Edo State Institute of Technology, Usen as a result of the School
management not allowing the ND2 student to write exams, the institute
has been closed down for the time being.
The management had prevented the students from participating in the exams due to non payment of their tuition. However reports reaching Myschool.com.ng said the school is expected to re-open on the 18th of July.
Students were infuriated by the fact that it has not been customarily a MUST that all students pay up all outstanding fees before they could be allowed to write their FIRST SEMESTER EXAM
