The Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education, Owerri, Imo State
(Affiliate to UNN) is calling on all candidates who choose the school as
their first choice most preferred and second choice more preferred
Institution and scored 180 and above in 2013 Unified Tertiary
Matriculation Examination (UTME) are invited to the screening exercise
for the Degree Programme of the College.
Also, all candidates who scored 150 and above are invited for the College’s NCE programme, screening test.
AIFCE, Owerri Post UTME Scratch Cards Are Sold At
1. Diamond Bank – Orlu Road, Amakohia.
2. FCMB – (40 Wetheral Road, Owerri).
3. Alvana Micro Finance Bank AIFCE, Owerri.
4. First Bank Plc. – Bank Road, Owerri.
5. Zenith Bank Plc. – Bank Road, Owerri.
Both Degree and NCE Programmes’ Screening tests are scheduled from 6th to 8th as follows:
Date : 6th August, 2013
- School of Natural Sciences
- School of Education
- School of Arts
Date: 7th August, 2013
- School of Agriculture and Voc. Studies
- School of Social Sciences
Date: 8th August, 2013
- Direct Entry candidates for all the Schools
Please Note that
1. All Direct Entry candidates are to report for the screening with originals of their NCE/OND Statement of results or certificates together with their O’level results.
2. Every interested candidate for the Degree programme should posses UNN Minimum entry requirement of credit in English Language and one Science subject plus other departmental requirements.
3. Candidates are to report at the College Pavilion each day by 9 a.m.
Requirements for Screening
1. 2013 UTME Result Slip
2. Post UTME Acknowledgment Slip obtained on registration with your phone number written on it.
3. HB Pencil and Eraser.
Caution: The following will NOT be allowed:
- Calculators
- Cell phone
How To Apply for AIFCE Post UTME/NCE
Eligible candidates should obtain the scratch card for the registration from any of the following banks listed above: starting from 8th July, 2013.
On the payment of N1, 000 screening fee and N2, 000 for processing, accessing the results (scratch card) and Registration. Information for Log-in is at the back of the on-line Application card (scratch card)
While processing your application, you have to upload your passport photographs and print out the acknowledgment slip.

Closes by 4th August, 2013.
